If at any time your Liquid MarketPlace account has been compromised and you have lost access to it, our support staff will freeze the account and temporarily disable it, locking withdrawals, funding and sign-in attempts. Before this temporary lock can take place, we require users to prove they are the account holder to the account they claim is compromised. Simply access the account recovery page Here and complete the form details. This will be sent to our staff as an urgent priority. It is mandatory for users submitting the account recovery form to include a picture of themselves holding a valid Identification Documentation and a handwritten note that says, “Liquid MarketPlace ID verification for account recovery” along with your name, signature and current date.
One of three Valid Identification Documentation will be required within the submitted attachment:
-Valid Passport (front & back)
-Valid Driver’s license (front & back)
-National identity/Proof of residence card (front & back)
-Other valid government-issued ID may be accepted if it has your full legal name, photo, date of birth and issue and expiry dates all on the front of your ID.
